- A deposit pre-authorisation up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount wont be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.
- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.
