- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.

- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.

- Setting up an extra bed in the basement, which expands capacity to 7 guests, has an extra cost of 75€, payable online before the arrival date.

- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we dont have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.

- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isnt another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.

- A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount wont be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.

- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.

- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
