-In group reservations on the entire property, people under 25 years of age will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by adults over 35 years of age.
-Maximum respect is required for other guests, neighboring neighbors, correct use of furniture, plants and other elements included in the property.
-Access to the property is not permitted, nor is it allowed to exceed the number of people described in the reservation contract. without supervision or express consent of the owner.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate termination of the reservation contract, loss of the Deposit and immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Decree 52022, of May 16, on noise in holiday homes, provides for fines of up to €300,000 for the following causes:

5. Entry is from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The deadline for departure is 10:30. Failure to respect these schedules may result in an extra cost .

A deposit of between €300 and €1,000 (depending on the accommodation) is required as a credit card charge to cover possible damages, additional cleaning costs, theft or departures outside of established hours. This amount, less the 2.5% bank fee for collection at the POS, will be refunded once the accommodation has been verified within 2 weeks of departure.
7. Once the accommodation has been reserved, no change of ownership can be made, without entailing any expense.
